Delivery of new deck equipment package for
James Buchan's new vessel has been shipped to
Denmark. This included 3
Barrel Trawl Winch, Split Net Drums, Landing
Crane, Jilson Winch and Hydraulic System.
Two members of our highly skilled
engineering team then commissioned the
equipment in Denmark and now the new vessel
MFV Opportunus IV is
fishing out of Peterhead successfully.
There are a further 2 vessel packages for
Denmark for the Stephen Brothers, c/o Lunar
Fishing. This massive project will be
delivered to the new vessels October 2007.
Two packages are now completed for Parkol Marine in Whitby. These are for
Lockers Trawlers and for Victor Laurensen of
Shetland. Delivery of the equipment for
Lockers Trawlers took place in February,
commissioning completed and the new MV Our Lass
II is fishing successfully. See pictures opposite.
Victor Laurensens vessel has all equipment
delivered and commissioning well under way.
Three more new deck equipment packages have been
agreed with Hepburn Brothers of Fraserburgh,
John Clark of Inverallochy and a repeat order of
the MV Copious for Mark Anderson of Shetland.
